Hannah & Andy

Knowlton Court | Kent

Hannah & Andy got married at the Elizabethan, Grade 1 listed Knowlton Court near to Goodnestone, Canterbury in Kent. With over 1900x acres of countryside surrounding Knowlton Court there is an endless backdrop of photography spots to take advantage of and I started the day off by photographing Hannah, her Mum and her Bridesmaids in the Knowlton Rooms. After spending a couple of hours with the bridal party I then moved on across the estate to Dower House where Andy, his Dad and bestman were making their finals adjustments to their suits before heading along to the lawn in preparation for the ceremony. Hannah walked down the aisle with her father in her beautiful dress and blue stilettos with Knowlton Court and the Kent countryside as a stunning backdrop. After the ceremony everyone headed along to the sunken garden for group shots, drinks and canopies before heading inside later in the afternoon to the Great Hall (decorated with Knights in Armour and large oil paintings) for the wedding breakfast and speeches. Heading into the sunset golden hour Hannah, Andy and myself walked around the grounds of the estate and took some beautiful portrait shots before heading back inside to the house for an intimate first dance and cake cut.

James is a fantastic wedding photographer. He captured our wedding day perfectly and we now have beautiful photographs that have captured memories we can treasure for a lifetime. He is extremely professional and works quietly away in the background capturing wonderful, natural shots of the day. Highly recommend. Hannah & Andy
